What to write about
- Data questions and corrections
Send the chart’s address from your browser (it includes the chart’s
?metric=id), the date and UTC hour of the value, and what you expected with its source. If a figure of ours is wrong, we correct the series; the methodology explains how.- Your account, plan or a refund
Include your username. For a refund, add the receipt number from your Stripe receipt; the refund policy explains when money is returned.
- Your personal data
Ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted; the privacy policy lists your rights. You can delete your account yourself from your account page. Because we do not hold your email address, we may ask you to show you control the account, for example by signing in.
- API, licensing and API & Team
Free charts and data are licensed under CC BY 4.0, so you may reuse them with a credit and a link; the methodology explains how. Plus and Pro are personal plans: republishing their data, using it in a product or service, or redistributing it in bulk needs API & Team, so tell us your organisation and how you want to use the data. API and spreadsheets explains the API itself.
- Press and research
You may quote and share individual charts and screenshots, credited to CryptoKeyhole. The methodology sets out our sources and a citation format. If you are working to a deadline, say so.
- Anything else
Partnerships, integrations or feedback on the site: write with what you have in mind.
What we can’t help with
- Personal investment advice. CryptoKeyhole is a research tool: we can explain what a chart shows and how it is made, not what you should buy or sell.
- An account without its recovery code. We do not ask for an email address, so the recovery code is the only way to reset a forgotten password. Keep it safe.
- Coins and wallets. We do not hold or move assets and do not connect to wallets, so we cannot move, recover or look after coins.
Never send your password, recovery code, API key or card number, by email or anywhere else.
Where else to find us
We are on X as @Crypto_Keyhole, and on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.
CryptoKeyhole is run from the United Kingdom by an individual trading as CryptoKeyhole; about CryptoKeyhole says more. The terms of service, privacy policy and refund policy set out the agreement in full.
