How these alerts are picked
Every minute we look through the data the free plan shows for what a reader with the matching alert would have been told: exchange deposits and withdrawals, mints and burns of $100 million or more and other transfers of $500 million or more in the last day; the largest estimated liquidation cluster on either side of the BTC and ETH price when it sits within 3% of it; a free daily chart closing at its highest or lowest for at least 90 days; and sharp moves of BTC and ETH in the last 48 hours.
"Get this alert" opens that alert ready to turn on. Free alerts are checked at every daily close or per transfer; alerts on liquidation clusters and sharp moves come with Plus.
Where the numbers come from
Transfers come from our own Bitcoin and Ethereum nodes; exchanges and other organisations are named from our own labels, and every other party is an unknown wallet. Liquidation clusters come from our liquidation map of the major perpetual futures venues. Readings come from the published charts, and sharp moves from our minute price capture. Questions
How often does this list update?
Every minute. Transfers appear once their block has two confirmations; chart readings once the day has closed.
Can I get these alerts myself?
Yes. Each row has "Get this alert". A free account has 3 alerts, sent in the app, as browser notifications and by webhook to Discord, Slack or your own server.
Do you track individual wallets?
No. Exchanges and other organisations are named from our own labels; everything else is an unknown wallet, and no address is shown.
