BTC: Under 180 UTC creation days — Known-Basis MVRV
Bitcoin Under 180 UTC creation days — Known-Basis MVRV was 0.999 on 7 Nov 2026 (latest daily value).
Known-basis MVRV of spendable outputs created fewer than 180 whole UTC calendar days before the reporting day.
Why use it. Compare day-ending market value with admitted creation cost for the younger calendar-age group. How to read it. Above 1, the group's known BTC is worth more at the day-ending quote than its admitted creation cost; below 1, less. Age counts whole UTC calendar days, not elapsed seconds, six Gregorian months or the separate 155-day cohort; future-header dates are clamped to age zero here and disclosed separately. Unknown-price BTC is excluded and disclosed separately with coverage. No entity, ownership or exchange exclusion is implied. Daily only; history begins 2010-07-18, and historical prices are retrospective admitted closes with unknown publication time and venue.
Calculation. Age is max(0, reporting UTC date minus creation-header UTC date). Sum exact admitted creation-day-start USD cost and known-price satoshis over bands 7–11 of the twelve-band creation-day age distribution. MVRV = day-ending quote × that same known BTC / exact group cost, with day D using the quote boundary D + 86,400 seconds; positive known BTC, cost and quote are required and no unknown cost is invented. The two groups conserve whole known and unknown satoshis, output counts and creation capital; genesis, provably unspendable outputs and BIP 30 retirement are excluded. Exact fractions precede 40-significant-digit half-even presentation. Local canonical Bitcoin data.
