BTC: Residual-Cost Active-Weighted Value / Destruction Mean90D
Bitcoin Residual-Cost Active-Weighted Value / Destruction Mean90D was 0.00477 inverse blocks on 7 Nov 2026 (latest daily value).
The residual-cost model price times activity-weighted issued BTC, divided by the 90-day mean of daily ending quote times spent-destroyed BTC-block flow.
Why use it. Relate a cost-model value of activity-weighted supply to the recent priced pace of coin-age destruction. How to read it. Daily only, in inverse blocks, from January 2011; this is the green line of the paired chart. The residual-cost model needs its full 2010-07-17 priced prefix even outside the 90-day window, and one invalid prefix day keeps later values undefined until repaired. Its denominator age includes unspent age plus 9,400 BTC-blocks retired by BIP30 overwrites. Missing or nonfinal days invalidate overlapping windows; a zero mean is undefined. Activity-weighted BTC is a model, not identified active coins. Values are never clipped.
Calculation. a×b / sma(c×d, 90): a is the exact unrounded residual-cost model (accumulated daily ending-price-weighted destruction from 2010-07-17 divided by created minus destroyed age since genesis), b the activity-weighted issued BTC, c the admitted ending quote and d the daily spent-destroyed BTC-block flow. The denominator is the exact mean over 90 adjacent final UTC days. Native data come from our own validated Bitcoin Core node; the result is rounded once to 40 significant digits, half-even.
